What We’re Working On: Apartment Complex Party Room

We’re in the midst of designing a party room for a large apartment complex in Roseville, MN. The carpet pictured here is just one of the selections which will make the space fun – its bold pattern and color will really help create the wow factor we’re looking for, in a space that’s purpose is to entertain.

The new party room will be located in an area formerly used for offices – the offices and the current party room are being flip-flopped for a better flow for residents. After determining how the new room will be used, we’ve chosen movable furniture. Barstools and chairs with casters are easy to relocate, making the space more flexible – it can easily be reconfigured for different activities.

This carpet,with rich browns and camel color, is from Masland Carpets, a line we carry. They have a variety of residential and commercial carpeting options, with unique patterns and colorways (a range/combination of colors in a particular style). Their residential plush carpet is lovely, and all their selections are very stylish.
