I would highly recommend Metro Interiors under Julie Ann’s direction to any firm, to enhance their space or begin as new.
I have known Julie Ann for nine years. She has worked with KMS Management on design and remodeling longer than that. She is respectful of our ideas but has just the right flair for enhancing what we may suggest or what we hadn’t thought of. The projects turn out beautifully and will stand the test of time.
All of KMS spaces that have been completed through Julie Ann and her staff are finished on a timely basis. KMS has managed properties since 1982 and we have been fortunate to have Julie Ann direct where we should be and what would work best in enhancing our buildings for maximum appeal to new renters, as well as comfortable for our busy staff.
We recently moved our corporate office. Julie Ann was our designer and we cannot be more pleased with turning an 80’s décor with tight spaces into a warm, inviting space, but not escaping privacy for our staff and other vendors where needed. We did not budget a huge sum for new office furniture. No problem – Julie Ann’s ideas for colors truly enhance what we decided to keep in our new offices.
