Bringing Balance and Flow to the Workplace

Sometimes you have to come to the design rescue. And that’s just what we did when our client, Infinity Direct, a marketing company in Minneapolis, contacted us, saying that the space felt a little busy and overwhelming. So, we made some wall color changes that were calmer and promoted a more productive work environment.

Our main task was to tone down the intensity of their current yellow, blue, green, and red walls in the kitchen and conference room. Using the company’s logo colors as inspiration, Julie Ann Segal carefully selected paint colors that would compliment without being overpowering, like the soft teal in the lobby. One important point about this that Segal made: “You have to be careful when doing this because colors that are printed have a different effect than colors painted on a wall.”
