The lobby project at Falcon Heights Town Square Senior Apartments aimed to breathe new life into the common spaces, creating an inviting atmosphere for both residents and visitors. One key aspect of this transformation was the use of Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring, a durable and aesthetically pleasing choice that provides a warm and natural feel to the space.Residents were particularly enamored with the new color scheme. Two tones of gray adorned the walls, creating a sophisticated backdrop, while pops of vibrant colors added a touch of playfulness. The modernized fireplace became a focal point, enhancing the overall ambiance of the lobby.
